“I have turned my doubts into stepping stones and my fears into fuel for growth”

What I believe

I believe that everyone has incredible potential within them.

I believe that everyone is capable of transforming their lives and taking control of their own journey. With the right support, as a community, we can help, heal and uplift each other.

I believe in progress over perfection: It’s the small, consistent steps and doing our best daily that truly matters. When things don’t go our way, it’s through our mistakes that we learn and grow.

I believe that self-care strengthens our ability to enrich the lives of others. By sharing our gifts and talents, we not only serve ourselves but also our community.

I believe that we are all here to make the world a better place and that we can leave it in a better condition than we found it.

I believe that everyone can tap into their inner guidance to discover what truly serves them best.

How It All Began

Over the past 50 years, I’ve worn many hats—from dancer and teacher to paramedic on the frontline. My journey began at a prestigious ballet school at age 11, leading to performances in London and across Devon as a freelance dance teacher. I’ve educated students of all ages, led a theatre company, taught in primary schools, and raised two boys.

Now, as a paramedic, I navigate life’s extremes daily, facing intense situations that demand confidence, bravery, and resilience. But confidence isn’t a constant—it fluctuates. Over the years, I’ve learned to confront fears and doubts, turning them into strengths.

People often ask me, “How do you find the confidence?” The answer lies in the tools I’ve developed to reclaim and nurture it.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
