This Too Is Healing: Episode 1
In my very first episode of This Too Is Healing, I share why I started this podcast and the journey that led me here.
From growing up in the countryside as the youngest of five, to years of performing under constant pressure, I learned perfectionism and self-criticism early. Those beliefs shaped my adult life, leading to anxiety, burnout, and a deep personal need to understand mental health.
Writing became my way through, from childhood diaries to a completed book born from a month of daily mindset messages. Now, I’m bringing those conversations to the podcast, exploring how healing looks different for everyone.
If you’ve ever felt “not good enough” or unsure where to start, this podcast is for you. Together, we’ll share stories, strategies, and real-life ways to care for our minds.

Being Seen and Heard: Episode 2
In this episode of This Too Is Healing, I sit down with Yazmin, who stepped in at the perfect moment to share her personal journey. Together we explore what it means to finally allow yourself to be seen and heard, even when it feels uncomfortable or frightening.
We talk about anxiety, identity and the masks we wear to keep the world at a safe distance, and how letting those masks drop can bring us closer to our true selves. This heartfelt conversation is about finding space to reconnect with who we are, and the courage it takes to share that journey out loud.

Healing Through Movement and Mindset: Episode 3
In this episode of This Too Is Healing, I speak with Kirsty, a runner, paramedic and fitness influencer, about the deeper connections between movement, mindset and healing.
Kirsty shares her story of discovering how fitness and community helped her through some of life’s most difficult moments, from the challenges of military family life to experiencing depression for the first time.
Together we all explore daily habits, the importance of saying “no,” and therapeutic practices such as EMDR and shamanic journeying.
This conversation is about more than physical fitness, it’s about finding your own path to feeling grounded, connected and whole.

How One Compliment Sparked a Journey: Episode 4
How one patient’s compliment planted the seed for a Gladiator tryout, and how daily practices like running, meditation and creative expression support real healing. Together, we reflect on the balance of masculine and feminine energy, the importance of creating sacred spaces, and the reminder that even small words can leave a lasting impact.
Your words have power. Your daily actions shape your healing. And your story matters.
Be part of the change – listen, reflect and share this conversation to keep it moving forward.

The Little Compliment That Changed Everything (Series Finale): Episode 5
In the last episode of this series we go deep into the question everyone asks at some point: “Where do I start when my thoughts won’t stop?” Through honest conversation and practical examples.
This episode gives listeners clear, actionable entry points for mental wellbeing, perfect if you’re not in crisis but you know you could feel better. Learn micro-practices that work even on busy days (2–5 minute meditations, grounding, the “mental volume dial” trick), why movement and creative expression matters and when to consider therapy or targeted treatments like EMDR, IFS or hypnotherapy.
Final note: This episode closes the current series – thank you for joining us.
I hope to be back in studio soon with more conversations.
